You can tell that this is the cup stage gets really really serious. Two games and four dedicated teams mean four grudges. And, as always, surprising results. Mark was happy after the draw because he avoided JG but after this match he will probably feel different. IQ played what is probably it’s best team with a grudge and reached an improssive 137 emp while playing CP. Well done! Of course Mark fielded a good team as well. Actually a slightly better team because he reached an emp of 140. So in the end slightlymore shots for Mark but the slightly better goalie for Terry. This meant it was always going to end close and it did. Terry can feel a bit lucky but he deserved the victory. But nothing is decidedThe next match is going to be extremely interesting and the two managers will have to think very hard to reach the final. Terry has the lead, but Mark has home ground advantadge!

This match was a bit less exciting than the one before. FI had home advantadge, played a grudge and fielded what is most likely there top 11. Still the 14-20 victory of JG meant that JG just had the better team as you can expect when you look at the league positions right? Well no! Marco can feel a bit robbed when you look at the cold figures. FI reached only 3 emp less then JG and still ended up with 6 goals less. And both teams played a 10 nsl GK so it was just bad luck. Nevertheless , JG was better so the victory is deserved. The only problem is this return leg should have been a bit more exciting then it is now. Allthough FI is of course far from eliminated! BTW? Where were you in Leipzig Marco? :) We missed you at the Dutch party!
